Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets or attending a Circus Extreme performance.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Circus Extreme website, the purchase of tickets, and attendance at Circus Extreme performances and events.
Important Notice – Performance Effects
Circus Extreme performances feature live stunt entertainment and live music and may include high-speed motorcycle stunt acts and dramatic performance effects.
Performances may include elements including but not limited to:
- loud amplified music and sound effects
- high-powered motorcycle engine noise
- pyrotechnic effects and sudden loud noises
- flashing lights and strobe lighting
- theatrical smoke and other stage effects
These elements form part of the live entertainment experience and may involve sudden noise, bright lighting effects, and high-energy stunt performances.
Visitors who may be sensitive to loud noise, flashing lights, or similar sensory effects should exercise discretion when purchasing tickets or attending a performance.
Circus Extreme performances involve professional stunt acts carried out by trained performers under controlled conditions. Visitors must not attempt to replicate any stunts or acts seen during the performance.

1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to:
- use of the Circus Extreme website
- purchase of tickets (online, by phone, or in person)
- attendance at Circus Extreme performances and events
- customer conduct, accessibility, and safety policies
- competitions and prize draws
By using the Circus Extreme website, purchasing tickets, or attending a performance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Circus Extreme makes reasonable efforts to ensure information on the website is accurate; however, we do not guarantee that website content will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.
Use of the website may involve the use of cookies in accordance with the Circus Extreme Privacy and Cookies Policy.
All website content including but not limited to text, design, layout, graphics, branding, photographs, and video content is owned by or licensed to Circus Extreme. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
The website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. Circus Extreme does not accept responsibility for the content of external websites.
2. Ticketing and Purchases
Ticket Sales
Tickets must normally be collected at least 45 minutes before the scheduled performance unless otherwise stated.
Seats should normally be occupied no later than 15 minutes before the start time. Circus Extreme reserves the right to release unoccupied seats after this time.
Circus Extreme operates in temporary touring venues and seating layouts may vary between locations. Circus Extreme reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to seating arrangements where necessary due to venue layout, safety requirements, or operational considerations.
Booking fees may apply depending on the purchase method.
Booking Methods
Tickets may be purchased online, by telephone, or in person through authorised Circus Extreme ticket offices or ticketing partners.
Phone Bookings
Telephone bookings may be confirmed verbally and may require collection of tickets at the venue before the performance.
Internet Bookings
Tickets may be purchased through the Circus Extreme website or authorised ticketing partners. Third-party booking platforms may apply additional terms and booking fees.
In-Person Purchases
Tickets purchased directly from Circus Extreme ticket offices must be checked for accuracy at the time of purchase.
Customers must verify ticket details, payment, and any change before leaving the ticket counter.
Circus Extreme cannot normally accept responsibility for ticketing errors or payment discrepancies once the customer has left the ticket counter.
Ticket Collection
Customers may be required to present booking confirmation, proof of purchase, or a booking reference when collecting tickets.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis except where refunds are required under applicable consumer protection legislation or where a Circus Extreme performance is cancelled or significantly altered.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are able to attend the performance on the date and time stated on their ticket.
Refunds will not normally be provided where a customer is unable to attend due to personal circumstances including but not limited to illness, travel disruption, work commitments, or scheduling conflicts.
Customers are encouraged to review the Important Notice and performance information before purchasing tickets, as refunds will not normally be provided where a customer later decides that the nature of the performance is unsuitable for their personal preferences.
Tickets purchased directly from Circus Extreme may be amended for another performance subject to availability and payment of an administration fee.
Ticket Resale
Tickets are sold for personal use only and must not be resold for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Circus Extreme.
Circus Extreme reserves the right to cancel tickets resold in breach of these terms without refund.
Ticket Validity
Circus Extreme reserves the right to refuse admission where a ticket is damaged, duplicated, altered, or otherwise invalid.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Where a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback after purchasing tickets or attending a performance, Circus Extreme reserves the right to investigate the claim and may refuse future bookings where fraudulent or abusive chargebacks are identified.
Discounts and Group Bookings
Discount vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase or ticket collection and cannot normally be combined with other offers unless stated.
Group bookings may be available subject to availability and Circus Extreme booking conditions.
3. Attendance and Admission
Children under the age of 2 may sit on a parent or guardian’s lap without requiring a ticket.
Children aged 2 and above require a ticket.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Circus Extreme aims to provide accessible seating where possible and visitors requiring accessible seating are encouraged to contact Circus Extreme in advance.
Visitors must behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other guests at all times.
Circus Extreme reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any person from the venue where necessary for safety or operational reasons including intoxication, disorderly behaviour, abusive or threatening conduct, possession of prohibited items, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Visitors and bags may be subject to security searches as a condition of entry.
Visitors who fail to comply with these Terms or with reasonable instructions from Circus Extreme staff may be refused entry or removed from the venue without refund.
Visitors must not enter the performance arena or restricted areas unless invited by Circus Extreme staff.
Visitors must not throw any object toward the performance area or performers.
4. Photography, Filming and Intellectual Property
Visitors may take photographs and short video recordings for personal, non-commercial use.
Recording full performances or substantial portions of performances without permission is prohibited.
Flash photography, phone torches, laser devices, or any other bright or directed light-emitting devices are strictly prohibited during Circus Extreme performances.
Circus Extreme staff may request that prohibited lighting devices be switched off. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Circus Extreme may photograph or film events for promotional purposes including marketing materials, websites, advertising, and social media. By attending a performance visitors acknowledge that they may appear in such recordings.
Visitors may share personal recordings on social media platforms for non-commercial purposes. Recordings must not be edited, altered, or presented in a misleading manner that misrepresents Circus Extreme or its performers.
Circus Extreme reserves the right to request the removal of any content published online that infringes intellectual property rights or is misleading.
All elements of the Circus Extreme production including choreography, staging, lighting design, music, costumes, branding, and overall production concept remain the intellectual property of Circus Extreme.
5. Performance Information
Circus Extreme reserves the right to alter the advertised programme where necessary.
Promotional images, videos, and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes and may not represent the exact performers or sequence of acts at every performance.
For the purposes of determining whether a performance has taken place, a performance shall be considered delivered where a substantial proportion of the advertised programme has been completed.
Circus Extreme reserves the right to make operational or safety decisions during a performance where reasonably necessary to protect performers, staff, or visitors.
Late arrivals may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.
Circus Extreme performances involve professional stunt acts performed under controlled conditions and must not be imitated.
Circus Extreme accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property brought onto the venue site.
Performers may occasionally invite voluntary audience participation. Participation is entirely voluntary and subject to safety instructions.
6. Venue Conditions
Circus Extreme performances take place in temporary touring venues and structures.
Venue conditions may vary and may include grass surfaces, uneven ground, temporary flooring, staging equipment, cables, and technical production infrastructure.
Visitors should take reasonable care when moving around the venue.
Circus Extreme reserves the right to prohibit items including weapons, fireworks, drones, laser devices, illegal substances, or any item that may pose a safety risk.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside circus tents and enclosed performance areas.
The use of drones or unmanned aerial vehicles over or near the venue is prohibited without prior permission.
Visitors should dress appropriately for weather conditions where performances take place in outdoor venues.
7. Additional Visitor Information
Vehicles parked at Circus Extreme venues are parked at the owner’s risk.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for their children at all times.
Lost children should be reported immediately to Circus Extreme staff.
Recognised assistance dogs are welcome at Circus Extreme venues.
Circus Extreme cannot guarantee the security of personal belongings brought onto the venue site.
8. Venue Rules
Visitors attending Circus Extreme performances must comply with the following venue rules:
- Visitors must remain within designated audience areas
- Flash photography and bright lighting devices are prohibited
- Objects must not be thrown toward the performance area
- Visitors must follow all instructions from Circus Extreme staff
- Visitors must not interfere with performers or equipment
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the tent
- Prohibited items must not be brought into the venue
Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the venue without refund.
9. Competitions and Promotions
Competitions and prize draws organised by Circus Extreme are open to eligible participants as stated in the promotion.
Prizes are subject to availability and no cash alternative will normally be offered.
The decision of Circus Extreme regarding competitions is final.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Force Majeure and Authority Intervention
Circus Extreme may delay, suspend, relocate, or cancel performances where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including severe weather, safety concerns, or instructions issued by competent authorities such as police, fire services, local councils, or licensing authorities.
Where possible Circus Extreme will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the performance or offer an alternative arrangement.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Circus Extreme and the customer regarding ticket purchases and attendance at events.
No verbal statements or promotional materials shall override these Terms unless confirmed in writing by Circus Extreme.
13. Policy Updates
Circus Extreme reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
