Big Top Box Office
The Big Top Box Office is open on-site at the circus at the advertised date and time.
You can visit the Box Office in person to book your tickets, or choose to book by phone for a more personal and direct experience. Speaking with a real person ensures your questions are answered in real time, with the added benefit of confirming seating preferences, accessibility needs, and exploring available alternatives if your first choice isn’t available

Additional Pricing Information
Areas are not numbered, so please arrive 45 minutes before the performance to avoid disappointment. Children under 2 do not require a ticket but must sit on someone’s lap. Buggies, prams, etc., are not allowed inside the seating area but can be left in the buggy park in the foyer tent.
Children
A child from the age of 2 to 15 will require a child ticket.
Under 2 years of age, no ticket is required, and the child can sit on a parent’s lap.
Over 60s
Anyone from 61 years of age can purchase a concession ticket.
Disabilities and Students
We may require proof to provide discounts and concession tickets.
Reservations and Refunds
Purchased tickets are not refundable. This applies to tickets bought directly from our ticket office or via an online re-seller.
We can apply changes to a reservation based on availability. An administration charge of €3 may be applied for each change.
Any ticket-related issues should be raised immediately via our box office.
Issues or alterations for shows that have already happened cannot be satisfied.
Safety and Order
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or ask individuals to leave the premises for reasons of safety and order.
Refunds cannot be made once payment is received.
